During the warranty period, our company provides 7 × 24-hour telephone (0731-8680 1085) technical support; If serious technical problems occur and Party A's affiliated companies require emergency treatment, our technicians shall ensure to put forward solutions within 2 hours after receiving the notice from Party A's affiliated companies, arrive at the site of Party A's affiliated companies within 24 hours and repair them within 48 hours.
 
 
2、 Sufficient spare parts guarantee
 
According to the quantity and model of equipment in different regions, the company has sufficient spare parts in stock to ensure that the replacement of spare parts can be carried out smoothly and quickly. The efficient spare parts information management system extends the spare parts management of the headquarters to each service network through the network, enabling our company to realize automatic spare parts information communication and management. In addition to establishing a huge general spare parts warehouse in the headquarters, our company has also established seven spare parts sub warehouses in China to effectively support the demand of three-level spare parts warehouses in all provinces.

A. on site training:
During the installation and construction after the arrival of the contract equipment, our technicians will conduct on-site training at the buyer's location in combination with the construction and commissioning process, and the on-site training time shall respect the user's opinions. The content is:
Structural characteristics, working principle, assembly process and relevant factory tests of the contract equipment.
Electrical and mechanical properties of contract equipment and relevant test methods.
Precautions for transportation, installation and commissioning of contract equipment, and master the key points of installation, removal and quality assurance of each component.

Training in company B:
After the equipment commissioning, our technicians will immediately carry out systematic training on the construction site for 1 week. The training contents are:
Working principle and technical development.

Electrical and mechanical properties of contract equipment and relevant test methods.
Precautions for transportation and installation of contract equipment, and master the key points of installation, removal and quality assurance of each component.

C. advanced training:
Half a year after the equipment is put into use, our company will hold regular classes and invite users to participate in advanced use and maintenance training courses. The purpose of the training will be for the buyer's technical personnel to reach the level of our technical service engineer.
This is to certify that our company will issue training completion certificates for the above various forms of training.
